Calista is a Sales Consultant with Vantage West Realty who joined the firm in 2020, then went on to have the most lucrative year of her life.

What’s the key to her success? She credits her natural ability to connect with people and quickly develop rapport. She has years of experience as a MAC makeup artist, medical sales rep, and a restaurant professional who helped launch 2 of Cactus Club’s flagship locations in BC.

After designing and building a custom home with her partner Sheldon, she found a new passion in real estate and decided to make her mark in the industry. She received several job offers from the leading real estate firms in Kelowna, and decided that Vantage West Realty was the best place to start her career.

In 2021, Calista had the most lucrative year of her life. She sold over $30 million of real estate, broke some local sales records, and built up a strong network of contacts along the way.

The sheer volume of leads has let me build up my sales pipeline really quickly compared to some of my colleagues at the big name firms who are left to sink or swim on their own.

I Had a Truly Amazing First Year in Real Estate

Starting my career at Vantage West Realty has been kind of crazy… In my first 18 months I’ve already done over 50 deals and sold over $30,000,000 in real estate.
